After checkout, send us a message on our Facebook page with:

• Screenshot of your order confirmation
• Clear, high-quality photo to be used

Production begins only after we receive your photo and confirm details.

• Personalized items: 7–15 days depending on order quantity and production queue
• Processing time starts after payment and complete customization details are received
