Customized Products Policy
All items sold by KV Online Shop are made-to-order and personalized.
Once an order is confirmed and payment is completed, cancellations, returns, and refunds are not accepted, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right
