Ordering from KV Online Shop is simple and secure. Just follow these steps:

Browse our website and select the notebook or record book you want to order.

2️⃣ Select product options

Choose the size, variant, or personalization option (if applicable).

3️⃣ Add to cart

Click Add to Cart, then proceed to checkout.

4️⃣ Enter your details

Provide your correct shipping information and contact details.

5️⃣ Complete payment

Place your order using our available payment methods. Orders are processed after payment confirmation.

🖼 Photo Customization (A4 Class Record)

If you want to include a photo or picture on the A4 Class Record cover, please follow this additional step:

After placing your order on our website, send us a message directly on our Facebook page and include:

✔ Screenshot of your order confirmation
✔ The photo or picture you want to use

The layout and design are already fixed as shown in the posted product preview. Only the photo will be inserted into the existing layout.

Please make sure the photo you send is clear and high quality for best printing results.

Customization and production will begin once we receive your image and confirm all details.

📌 Important Reminders for Photo Customization

✔ Layout and design cannot be changed
✔ Only the photo will be inserted into the fixed layout
✔ Photo cropping or adjustment may be applied for best fit
✔ If no photo is sent, production will not start
✔ Processing begins only after all customization details are complete

6️⃣ Order processing

Standard processing time applies.
For personalized items, turnaround time is 7–15 days, depending on order quantity and production queue.

7️⃣ Shipping and delivery

Once ready, your order will be shipped and you will receive delivery updates.

Shipping time depends on your location and courier service.
